We're excited to serve you a menu full of delicious dishes and new concepts through movement, creativity and lots of fun! Come after dinner (hehe) and save some stomach space for the performances from our current students, Classic Mix, Aircho Alliance and 2 works-in-progress which we'll need your input as we further develop the work throughout the year.

A few things to note -
1. Please only fill up this form AFTER you've made the ticket payment to 90625085 (Paynow: Racheezels/ScRach MarcS)
2. You'll be required to upload an image as a proof of payment at the end of the form.
3. After payment is made, we will not be able to issue a refund if your plans change -- we advise you to find your own replacement to take over the ticket.
4. We will send a confirmation email within 72hrs upon receiving your form registration. This confirmation email will also serve as your e-ticket to enter "What's Your Flavour?".
5. Please be there early so we can start on time.
