GEM 16: AKAR 🌱🫀
GEM or Graceful Energetic Movement, is a representation of Temasek Polytechnic Dance Ensemble's (TPDE) growth and development over the years.
Back with its 16th edition, the show features 160 of our current dancers and alumni performing pieces choreographed by our amazing instructors and student choreographers.
This year's theme for GEM 16 is Akar, also known as roots.
Every movement has a beginning, every rhythm a story. As we dive into our roots and grow through dance, we ask—how far can our foundations take us?
